Refund Policy

Hello! Welcome to our refunds page where we go into all the necessary detail about refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows and product returns.

SECTION 1 - SERVICES

REFUNDS

When you book any of our services you are agreeing to pay a 25% non-refundable* booking deposit.

*Please read each section below carefully as there may be situations where we are able to return your deposit to you.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a 7 day cancellation policy.

What that means, is that if you cancel your appointment with 7 full days notice from the time of your appointment, we will gladly refund any money you have paid toward your booking up until that point.

Unfortunately, if you call to cancel your appointment with less than 7 full days' notice from the time of your appointment, we will still happily refund any money you have paid toward your booking but retain your 25% non-refundable deposit as a cancellation fee.

We do also reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, refund your 25% deposit in certain extenuating circumstances.

RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

As such we have a 24hr rescheduling policy.

What that means, is that if you contact us with at least 24hrs notice before your appointment we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, if you call to reschedule your appointment with less than 24hrs notice then we will need to book a new appointment for you that will attract a new 25% non-refundable deposit.

We will then be able to cancel your original appointment and delightedly refund any money you have paid toward that booking but retain your 25% non-refundable deposit as a cancellation fee.

We do also reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, refund your 25% deposit in certain extenuating circumstances.

NO-SHOWS

Again, we understand that life happens, but if you do not show up at all for your appointment without explanation then we will retain all monies paid by you as we still need to pay our staff (who were waiting for you) and our landlord (who up until now has never offered free rent. :-) )

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS

At Hello Baby 3D, we want you to LOVE your products as much as we do! So we are happy to offer the following hassle free returns & refund policies:

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE

If this happens, please send us an email to hello@hellobaby3d.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with the following info:

Your order number

The incorrect or missing item(s)

The correct item(s) you should have received

We’ll then be in touch to sort it all out for you.

I'D LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND

If you change your mind about a product, we will happily provide you a credit for the price at which you purchased the product once the item is returned (excluding shipping fees).

Please note:

Product(s) must be returned un-used, in their original packaging and with all tags and seals intact so that we are able to re-sell the product(s).

We will try and process you return as quickly as possible but please expect up to a week from the time we receive your returned product(s).

We will send you a return confirmation email once we have processed your return so you can go and buy another great product from us!

To process your return just complete the following steps:

Email us at hello@hellobaby3d.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us you would like to make a return with the following:

Order number

Items you’d like to return

Securely pack the product(s) in the packaging you received them in, if possible.

MY PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT OR DOESN'T DO WHAT YOU SAID IT WOULD

If there is a defect, flaw or malfunction in your product then we will take care of you. Just let us know at hello@hellobaby3d.com.au within 7 days of the product arriving and we will sort it out. We will either provide you a credit to purchase something else or a refund for what you paid.
