How To Prepare For Your Casting Appointment
Thank you so much for choosing Hello Baby 3D!
Below is important information on how to prepare for your upcoming appointment plus some frequently asked questions that you'll find very handy!
1.) ARRIVE 5-10 MINS EARLY
We do understand that this could be one of your first outtings so we don’t want you to rush or panic if you are running late but if you can, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in.
2.) TRY TO BRING A SLEEPING BABY OR BE READY TO FEED
We understand it can be difficult to time appointments with sleeps, so please know there is absolutely no pressure! If bub won’t sleep, feeding is also a great distraction! If you are happy to feed them during the appointment (we can cast them while being fed) that would be really helpful too.
3. ) BRING DISTRACTIONS FOR OLDER KIDS
For an older child you could bring a toy or object they enjoy playing with or looking at and some snacks to occupy them. We have a high-chair and it works really well to sit them in there with their snacks while we do their feet. We have a TV in the studio with Netflix as another option to keep them occupied as well! You are welcome to bring your partner, family member, or friend along to help. It’s often a team effort!
4. ) DRESS FOR COMFORT (AND A LITTLE MESS)
Please dress in clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit of gloop on (although we try our best not to - casting can be a little messy)! Anything that can easily be rolled up or taken off is great. The moulding material can stick to some fabrics and can be tricky to get off.
5.) OTHER QUESTIONS?
If you have any further questions prior to your appointment, please don't hesitate to give our friendly staff a call on (07) 5444 5333.
We are so excited to see you in our beautiful studio!
